Can you operate 110 Volt power tools while standing in a lake?

I need to cut some rusty bolts on my dock with a Sawz All that plugs in - 110V while standing waist deep in the lake. I will be wearing neoprene waders. What are the safety cautions?

      as long as the tool doesn’t touch the water you are ok . even then as much water as it is you may be ok but i would not risk it get a cordless sawzall would be safer

      The cord or tool doesnt get wet your sawz all just make sure the cord or tool doesnt get wet your waders will help keep you from being shocked if it was to accidentally fall in.
